How i use OLIVE OIL FOR #BEAUTY USES

If you’ve never used ❤ olive oil ❤ as part of your beauty regimen, you’re in for a real treat. It is rich in squalane, a natural emollient that is great for your #nails, lips,hair, and skin. In addition, it is packed with  Vitamins A & E and polyphenols that make it popular in many prepackaged beauty products. You can use it at home as part of your routine to:

~Deep condition your hair: Weekly, give hair and scalp a massage with slightly heated olive oil applied liberally. Comb through hair and let set for at least an hour or two. Shampoo hair to remove oil and thoroughly rinse. This will leave you with unbeatable shine and healthier looking hair with fewer split ends.

~Substitute for daily hair conditioner: A small amount of olive oil applied after shampooing can be substituted for hair conditioner. Apply a small drop into your palm & then rub both hands together & then apply it to dry hair.

~Remove makeup: Using a cotton swab, dab a bit under your eyes, on your cheeks and forehead, then wipe with a damp cloth. Finish by using a gentle cleanser. Your skin will be soft and smooth. Olive oil is a great option for those with sensitive skin.

~Soft Lips :Just dab on your finger and smear to relieve dry and chapped lips

~Soften dry and cracked feet: A little extra virgin olive oil makes a fabulous

~Replace shaving cream:Do you have sensitive skin? Be gentle with your legs by using olive oil as a shaving cream. Olive oil is a safe and organic alternative for shaving foam and results in a close shave that is less expensive and leaves your legs feeling silky and smooth.

~Use as a massage oil: You can create a mixture of organic oils: extra virgin olive oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, in equal parts along with a small amount of jojoba or almond oil and vitamin E as a preservative that keeps your skin smooth and soft.

~Get healthy skin:Olive oil is a great skin moisturizer, in part because it contains linoleic acid, a compound not made by the body, but which prevents water from evaporating. It also contains a polyphenols hydroxytyrosol, an antioxidant that reinforces cell walls and reduces signs of aging..Splash your face with water before applying.

~Clean makeup brushes:Mix olive oil with a tsp of dishwashing liquid. Rub a small amount on the brush and wipe the brush back and forth on the palm of your hand, then rinse.

~ Body exfoliant: Mix 1 cup sweet almond oil with 1 cup salt (Epsom salts, fine or coarse sea salt, brown sugar etc.). Add a few drops of essential oil. After a shower, rub some of it over your body for a stimulating exfoliation.

~Anti Wrinkle for undereye: Apply some olive oil on your under-eye skin and massage it gently. Leave overnight and wakeup with soft hydrated eyes

Sensai beauty products are quite famous and yes expensive , their key ingredient is what make it luxuries and that is premium Koishimaru Silk extract

It also contains :

  • White Mustard Seed extract which are indeed very rich in phyto-nutrients, minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants
  • Green Tea Extract, a powerful anti-oxidant

I was very excited to try out their day cream Which has spf 25 , good 2 in 1 product it does the trick,I really like the texture of it, It went on smoothly and gave a little dewey look to my face (not greasy ) and within a few minutes had completely sunk into my skin.
The cream is very light which makes my face feel & look healthy. It smelt amazing on application, but not so strong Its a  light peach (not white) cream that sinks into skin easily & Absorbs very well. I wear this under my foundation sometimes and it doesn’t seem to interfere with the look of it.

Performance wise I cannot say enough good things about this moisturiser. After using it for about 2 weeks I noticed a definite improvement in the tone and texture of my skin. The dry patches are no longer a problem for me!
Im not sure wether oily skin people might like this, it’s not going to work the same exact way for everyone as its working for my skin ,

So I recommend doing a patch test before you buy this products ❤️
Overall I rate this cream a 8/10

Lathers easily in a rich foam while the scent lingers on the skin gorgeously!! ( cleanses well too )
Although they’re a bit expensive but They are superb quality with long lasting alluring scent and hydration!

Overall, Im hooked,It keeps my skin well hydrated and away from dryness..
And ofcourse it Smells DIVINE ………………

Liquid lipsticks now days are everything ,almost every cosmetics company has launched their own version of matte liquid lipstick,Lets Have a look and see what MICAROON have for us 😉

This beautiful INK collection is nothing short of a tattoo! With a non-drying feel, these extremely well pigmented shades are long lasting and feel very smooth on the lips. Here is a glimpse to describe these gorgeous, sultry colors of our ultra mattes.
These are also mousse-y in texture & dries fully velvety matte.
Super comfortable to wear and available for an incredible price

There are 6 shades and my top 3 favorites are VIP/ Ai and Brunch ,

Candy

Candy looks adorbs but tends to come off patchy. I had to apply a couple of coats, where the other lip colors only needed one.
CANDY is the lightest shade, best described as neon Barbie pink , I did love this color a lot though But didn’t go well with my skin tone it will look much better for pale or fair skin tone (if you have a dry, chapped lips, it will emphasize them a lot so it is best to prep the lips first)

88

88 is a slightly cool-toned, bright orchid shade, playful yet subtle for daily wear

VIP

VIP is a mauvey pink shade , that is perfect for everyday wear! It complements my medium skin tone well, and if I have to recommend only one shade, then girl this is it!

DOLCE VITA

Dolce vita is a bright pinky coral shade great for summery day time look

AI
Ai is a perfect red pout that you need Definitely worth buying especially if you love the classic red look

BRUNCH
Brunch is a deep reddish plum . OMG, this shade is to die for! This is a perfect shade if you want to feel vampy or bold. This definitely suits all skin tones! And great for fall / winter

Application : 

its easy and quick makeup application,you don’t need any extra tools or skills, all you need is your fingers or the applicator and pat away to get the most beautiful finish and glow. *the patting motion helps to create a flawless finish & the good thing about puff on cushion is that it allows for a very even distribution of product.

Coverage : 

I would say that you could build it to medium coverage before it looks cakey. 
After it sets, the foundation has a natural almost semi matte finish.

 

Overall,
Mac matchmaster would be great for those who prefer a more natural finish if they have the right shade.

*{{5.0 is 2-3 shade darker on me, however I managed by using lighter M.A.C concealer }}}

I think normal to combination skin will appreciate this most! Oily skin will definitely have to set with powder and blot throughout the day, As it may transfer 🙈 & we don’t want that right ?

Also, I pray for a long wear formula that is good for hot/ humid weathers.

My thoughts:-

This fragrance is an absolute gem lovely, delicate scent, I can describe it as “Powdery-Floral” and also as Seductive weapon for me 😀

All the notes are blended very well especially the combination of “terra-cotta powder & vanilla” that makes this a cozy and cuddly scent, with a semi-hidden sexy edge. scent which warm up yourself in a cold days or “date night” 😉

If you don’t like powdery perfumes (like me) then you have to try this one, I however happen to love them , I am particularly fond of musky-floral, therefore this is a match made in heaven for me.
❤️I absolutely love it & trust me I always carry this in my bag because it’s Alluring and addictive scent!!

Longevity is awesome (6+ hours) and the sillage is moderate.
Overall,I am VERY pleased with this scent. Cozy , warm ,with a twist of sexy. It’s not overpowering. Perfection in a bottle and I cannot stop smelling myself!

My thoughts

One of my favourite makeup products are Contouring and highlighting products!

It really helps to sculpt and enhance your features & make it selfie Ready 😉
This is the first cream contour product I’ve ever used and it was kinda fun.

I wasn’t sure if I would love it !! But trust me guys just first swatch of it made me change my mind .. It works AMAZINGLY great. You can actually see the contour without using too much of it.

It has that grey undertone that I need to contour, doesn’t skew muddy and red /orangey nor sparkly on my face.

Im not a big fan of cream highlighters because it really makes my makeup look blotchy 😐Which is not so attractive 😛

I try using this highlight #1 & #2 when i just need minimal makeup without using any setting powders.. And YASS 👍🏼 It stayed longer than I thought..

Most natural and long lasting and build able glowy effect !!!

How  To Use : I like to put it over liquid foundation using small stippling brush or angled brush and then I then set with a translucent powder, or contour powder for a more sculpted look, blends in beautifully and flawlessly,highly pigmented, It goes on sheer but you can build it up to whatever darkness you need AMAZINGLY

Overall, Laura Mercier Cream countour has the Superblendable formula, very buildable. These colors add instant light and glow and stay in place aaaall day looking super natural, without even using primer or setting spray.

But so difficult to find the perfect texture ,some are too dry or most of are just too expensive..

These lipsticks are so flattering ,not only they are inexpensive BUT.. they also are super pigmented and the texture is buttery smooth to apply 😍


Its Not super matte, its creamy matte in texture, wont dry or flake your lips..And lasting is not bad
Stays up-to 2-4 hours

Highly recommend to try if you are looking for a long lasting creamy-matte lipsticks and don’t want to spend much!

This season I’ll be adding two of my favorite drugstore brand lipsticks to my go-to list

As the temperature rises, lips go brilliantly bright.

Rimmel introduces its new Kate Bright SS15 Collection for lips, an exotic palette of precious shades created by the style icon herself, Kate Moss.

My Thoughts:-

Two Flattering lipstick shades

Nice change for spring and summer, moving away from the reds I’ve worn this past winter.

Both lipsticks are satin finish which means it is neither matte or too creamy

The color is cool toned pink with a tiny hue of lavender, kinda pastel pink

I must say this color totally caught my eye
Its orangy-coral 😁 

really flattering shade for every skintone ❤️

Overall,

I love the Rimmel london Lasting finish lipsticks by Kate Moss, I have almost all the colors from her collection..Both #35 & #37 goes well with loads of different make-up looks Day or night

it smells so good & the creamy formula feels comfortable on lips,
Perfect bright and fresh colors great for summer.

and if you want to be a bit more creative add a pop of orangy-coral to the centre of a pink lips 💋

What’s better than a pampering day at worlds Biggest day spa.

As soon as I got the invitation, I was excited for it 😍 Oblogger party is the only place where we get a chance to meet and mingle with fellow Blogger’s and get to know each other better (whom you are just following on social media )
 

The event was held at one of my fav place – Beauty Connection spa organized by Beauty Blogger Sarah Ameen (www.opinionatedgirl.com)
